A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US
Luke and Alissa Reid come from Sydney, Australia. They have been married for 9 years and have two wonderful children.
Luke is 32 years old and he graduated from Hillsong International Leadership College in 2000. He was the Young Adults/College Pastor at Inspire Church, Sydney. More recently, Luke was the Youth and Young Adults Pastor at a large church in the Midwest where the youth and young adult attendance grew from just 40 people into a thriving ministry of hundreds in weekly attendance. Luke initiated an internship program and hosted a large conference and other large events. Since the age of 20, Luke has been a Sunday morning speaking Pastor. He has traveled to cities like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Amsterdam, Auckland, New Zealand and all around Australia and the United States, preaching the gospel.
Alissa is 28 years old and she graduated from University of Canberra with a BA in Interior Design. After graduation, Alissa worked as an interior designer in downtown Sydney. She is a worship leader, painter, photographer, graphic designer and song writer who loves to draw out the creativity of others around her.
Luke and Alissa strive to see and draw out the best in those they meet. For them, ministry is simply loving God and doing life with people. They are excited about what God is going to do through Resound Church.
